Baroness Kimberly Moore honored at C5LA, presented by John Alm - former CEO of Coca Cola Enterprises
The Kimberly Moore Foundation and C5LA have decided to combine efforts to help ensure a better future for our teens, help them to graduate and prepare them for leadership roles in college, work and community! C5LA students will now have the opportunity to pay if forward and participate as volunteers for the Adopt A Letter program during the Christmas holidays and year around, answering letters and delivering hope to underprivileged children in the community and become Hope Ambassadors of the program. At the same time, selected Adopt A Letter kids will also have the opportunity to join C5LA's 5 year program.
Our mission is to inspire high-potential youth from risk-filled environments in LA County to pursue personal success, to prepare them for leadership roles in college, work and community, and to motivate them to become role models for others. We do this by engaging middle and high school students from under resourced communities in five years of intensive leadership experiences including year-round leadership development & support programs and signature summer activities that include, High Adventure Leadership Camps, College Preparatory & Career Community Advocacy & Service Learning Experiences.
