Kimberly Moore pays a surprise visit to little Logan and his family this Christmas!

This little boy stole my heart. Little Logan was recently diagnosed with autism and his mom wrote a letter to Santa asking for a little help with toys and clothes this Christmas... His family never expected anyone would actually come to their home.
